摘要:: 采用文献资料法等研究方法，在我国体育竞赛表演市场繁荣的背景下，运用田径街头赛的经验，对我国体育赛事的运营管理进行研究。主要结论：充分发挥比赛的边际效应，增强单项比赛的影响力和吸引力；通过精准营销达到较好的赛事营销效果；对于新兴的体育竞赛表演市场，比赛应首先从大城市或城市的核心地带举办，然后向其他地方逐步延伸；赛事的运营要掌握创造价值、传递价值和获得价值的商业运行逻辑；通过改变观众的参与方式，增强观众的赛事体验与互动；通过优化比赛场地的布局与设计，更好地发挥赛场的承载作用。

Abstract:: By using the method of documentation，under the background of the prosperity of sports competition performance market in China，using the experience of track and field street competitions，this paper studies the operation and management of sports events for reference.Main conclusions:Bringing the Marginal Effect of Competition into full play,and enhancing the influence and attraction of individual events;Accurate marketing can achieve better marketing effect;For the emerging sports competition performance market，the competition should first be held in a big city or the core area of city，and then gradually extend to other places;The business operation logic of creating value，transferring value and gaining value should be mastered in the operation of the event;By changing the way of audience participation，the audience’s experience and interaction can be enhanced;By optimizing the layout and design of the competition venues，the bearing role of the competition venues can be better brought into play.
