摘要:
运用文献资料和逻辑分析等研究方法对澳大利亚足球发展方式的演进脉络、动力机制及其战略价值进行研究。研究认为，澳大利亚足球发展经历了故步自封状态下的业余化足球（1986年前）、国际化尝试下的专业化足球（1986至2004年）和“脱洋入亚”战略下的职业化足球（2005年以来）三个发展阶段。澳大利亚足球发展方式转型的动力机制为：（1）政策层面：“社区化为主校园化辅”的足球普及政策推动；（2）文化层面：移民文化和种族融合背景下迸发出的人才活力；（3）战略层面：“脱洋入亚”和国内联赛两翼齐飞的战略支撑。从战略意义上来讲澳大利亚足球发展方式转型超出了足球本身范畴，作为一项实现澳大利亚社会、政治、文化、外交利益诉求的国家战略性工程正在被不断推进。其战略价值体现为：（1）服务于澳大利亚的种族融合与国家身份认同；（2）服务于澳大利亚文化与社区再造及拥抱亚洲战略；（3）服务于澳大利亚国民体质健康与体育发展计划。
Abstract:
Using the methods of literature review and logical analysis，this paper studies the evolution，dynamic mechanism and strategic value of Australian football development mode.The research shows that the development of Australian football has gone through three stages：amateur football (before 1986)，professional football under international attempt (1986—2004) and professional football (since 2005) under the strategy of “leaving foreign countries and entering Asia”.The dynamic mechanism of the transformation of Australian football development mode is as follows：first，the policy level：the promotion of football popularization policy of “community-based，campus based”；second，cultural level：the burst of talent vitality under the background of immigrant culture and ethnic integration；third，the strategic level：strategic support of “leaving the foreign countries and entering Asia” and the two wings of the domestic league.From a strategic point of view，the transformation of Australian football development mode is beyond the scope of football itself，and is being promoted as a national strategic project to realize the demands of Australian social，political，cultural and diplomatic interests.Its strategic values are as follows：1.To serve Australias ethnic integration in national identity；2.To serve the Australian culture and community reconstruction and embrace Asia strategy；3.To serve the Australian national physical health and sports development plan.
