摘要:
目的：探寻运动干预对戒毒人员体质（体能）健康的影响。方法：以身体运动功能训练为运动干预手段，对泉州司法强制隔离戒毒所20名戒毒人员进行为期12周的运动干预，通过体能测试和功能性动作筛查（FMS）,比较分析训练前后实验组和对照组的训练效果。结果：实验组训练后的台阶指数和握力均有显著提高（P＜0.05），坐位体前屈和单足闭目站立提高极显著（P＜0.01）；FMS总分明显增加（P＜0.05），旋转稳定性未见明显变化（P>0.05），其余六项得分均有显著增加（P＜0.05）。结论：身体运动功能训练对提高戒毒人员体能状况具有明显效果。
Abstract:
Objective:Exploring the effect of exercise intervention on the physical fitness of drug addicts.Methods:Through 12 weeks of exercise function training for the 20 drug treatment personnel of Quanzhou judicial compulsory isolation and drug treatment center，test their physical fitness and screen their function.Results:the experimental group obtained significantly greater improvements on fitness index，handgrip strength，position edict，single-foot closed-eye standing and FMS scores，but the rotational stability showed no increase.Conclusion:Physical exercise function training can significantly improve the physical fitness of drug addicts.
