研究美国职业体育组织公共关系有助于推动我国职业体育组织相关职能的完善,进而促进我国职业体育的发展。运用文献资料法和专家访谈法对NASCAR的公共关系进行了分析,研究发现其公共关系活动秉承生态、社会导向及主客体平衡的理念,在完善的公共关系组织体系内提供专业的媒体服务、开展丰富的公关活动,为组织带来了巨大的经济和社会效益。最后,针对我国职业体育组织公共关系现存的问题,在认识与实践两个维度提出了具有启示性的建议。

The research on the public relations of American professional sports organizations is conducive to the improvement and innovation of relevant functions of professional sports organizations in China,and promote the development of China professional sport.Using the method of literature review and expert interview,the research found that the public relations of NASCAR adhere to the concepts of ecology,social orientation and the balance between subject and object,provide media services and public relations activities under the well-established system,which create huge economic and social benefits for the organization.Finally,the research gives some enlightening suggestions on the existing problems in order to promote the development of public relations of professional sports organizations in China.
