摘要:
探讨在慢跑的支撑阶段下肢动作技术中,足底压力分布特征以及致伤危险因素。本研究运用Footscan足底压力分布测试系统,对在穿鞋跑和光脚跑两种状态下慢跑的51名青年男大学生的下肢进行技术动作中足底分布测量,并对这两种状态下的足底压力分布特征进行比较分析。结果表明:穿鞋跑时足的前内侧部是最主要的承受冲击性负荷的部位,而光脚跑时足跟与足前内中部是主要的承受冲击性负荷的部位。这些部位也是过度疲劳易发位置。在第2、1、3跖骨区,无论是穿鞋跑还是光脚跑所受的冲量都比较大,尤其是第2跖骨区,这些区域是慢跑慢性病多发地方;此外足内侧受力要比足外侧大得多,内侧压力增大和足内翻扭伤有一定关系。
Abstract:
Objective;To investigate the characteristics of plantar pressure distribution and injury risk factors in lower limb movement during the supporting stage of jogging.Methods;Using the Footscan plantar pressure distribution test system,51 young male college students were measured in the lower limb movement of jogging under the condition of the shod running and the barefoot running.The characteristics of plantar pressure distribution in these two states are compared and analyzed.Results;The front and inner part of the foot is the most important part to bear the impact load when the shod runs.The heel and the middle part of the foot are the main parts to bear the impact load when the barefoot runs.These parts are also prone to fatigue.In the 2nd,1st and 3rd metatarsal areas,both shoe and bare foot runs were subjected to a larger amount of impulse,especially in the 2nd metatarsal area,which was a common occurrence of chronic jogging disease;in addition,the medial force of the foot was much larger than that of the lateral foot,and the medial pressure increased.
