摘要:: 青少年篮球运动员的科学选材是培养优秀运动员的重要环节。文章摒弃传统的定性分析或单因素评价的方法，利用文献资料法、问卷调查、专家咨询以及数理统计的方法，构建基于多因素多层次模糊综合评价模型的青少年篮球运动员选拔系统。首先分析影响青少年篮球运动员竞技能力的主要因素，构建评价青少年篮球运动员的多因素多层次指标体系；其次利用专家评议法，确定影响青少年篮球运动员竞技能力的因素重要程度模糊集；再次构建基于多因素多层次模糊综合评价模型的青少年篮球运动员选拔系统。结果表明：基于模糊综合评价模型的青少年篮球运动员选拔系统为选拔青少年篮球运动员提供了更加客观准确的方法，使运动员选材更科学化，且可操作性更强。

Abstract:: Scientifically selecting teenaged basketball players is a significant link in the training of excellent athletes.This paper,by employing such methods as literature,questionnaire survey,expert consultation and mathematical statistics,constructs a teenaged basketball player selecting system based on a multi-factor mulit-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.This system was established after (1) constructing a multifactor multilevel index system for teenaged basketball player evaluation by analyzing the major factors influencing players’ competitive capabilities,(2) determining,with expert evaluation method,a fuzzy set for the importance of the factor impacting the competitive capabilities of players at different positions.The results show that this evaluation system,with its strong operability,is a more objective and accurate way of selecting teenaged basketball player in a scientific manner.
