摘要:
通过了解分析近三十年来中国体育学术的发展状况，结果表明：目前中国体育博士与硕士的培养规模，远远无法满足用人单位日益增长的需要。2014年至今，不论是体育类学术期刊的发文数量，还是博士硕士的培养数量，都呈现逐年递减的态势，这与中国体育大发展的形势、社会对高级人才增长的需求是不相匹配的，必然影响到全国体育发展的大局，重视并研究相关问题有助于摆脱困境。
Abstract:
Research purposes：Through data collection and analysis to understand the development of Chinese sports academics in recent 30 years.Research methods：literature review and logical analysis.Results and conclusions：At present,the development scale of sports doctors and masters in China is far from meeting the growing needs of employers.Since 2014,both the number of articles published in sports academic journals and the number of doctoral and master’s degree training have been decreasing year by year,which is incompatible with the situation of China’s sports development and the social demand for the growth of senior talents,and it will inevitably affect the overall situation of national sports development.Paying attention to these issues will help to get out of such a predicament.
