采用文献资料法、问卷调查法,探讨高校特殊教育实施适应体育与专业需求的现况,并分析不同背景教师在实施现况与专业需求的差异,以及实施现况与专业需求之间的相关情形。研究发现:教师实施适应体育现况在教学设计与调整、目标拟定与教学评量属于中高程度表现,在专业知能与团队合作、行政制度与支持层面属于中程度表现。教师适应体育专业需求在教学设计与调整、目标拟定与教学评量、行政制度与支持、专业知能与团队合作等层面的得分均属中高程度需求;教师实施适应体育现况,因性别、适应体育教学经验等背景变项不同,而在部分实施现况层面有显著差异。教师适应体育专业需求情形,因适应体育教学经验的背景不同,在部分专业需求层面有显著差异。适应体育实施现况与专业需求之间的部分层面呈正相关。
Abstract:
Using the literature method and questionnaire survey method,toexplore the current situation of special education in colleges and universities to meet the needs of physical education and professionalism,and analyze the differences between the current implementation status and professional needs of teachers of different backgroundsand the difference between the current implementation status and professional needs.The study found that:teachers implementation of adapting to the current situation of physical education is at a medium to high level in terms of teaching design and adjustment,goal formulation and teaching evaluation,administrative system and support.it is at a medium levelat the level of professional knowledge and teamwork.Teachers are required to meet the needs of the physical education profession in terms of teaching design and adjustment,goal formulation and teaching evaluation,administrative system and support,professional knowledge and teamwork,etc.Due to different background variables such as gender and adapting to physical education teaching experience,there are significant differences in some aspects of the teachers’ implementation of adapting to of the current situation.The situation of teachers adapting to the professional needs of physical education has significant differences in some professional needs due to different background variables in adapting to physical education teaching experience.There is a positive correlation between adapting to the current situation of sports implementation and professional needs.
