摘要:
正手拉弧圈球技术是乒乓球运动员必须掌握的一项关键技术,也是最具杀伤力的进攻技术之一 。本文对正 手拉下旋高吊弧圈球技术动作的踝关节、膝关节、髋关节的动作角度和速度进行运动力学分析,为不同水平乒乓球运动员进行分层教学提供实践指导依据 。采用 Qualisys 三维运动分析系统采集专业与非专业运动员正手拉下旋高吊弧圈球技术动作的运动力学数据,对两组人群下肢动作的关节角度、速度进行运动学对比分析 。相关数据采用 SPSS22.0 统计分析软件进行独立样本t 检验。结果表明:(1) 专业运动员:①下肢运动模式按照用力方向和髋—膝—踝对位对线模式的协调发力。②身体重心位移从整体上来看呈现出从后下方往前上方的运行轨迹。(2) 非专业运动员:①下肢运动模式是按照以左脚为支撑的右脚转动发力模式,且缺乏引拍的重心转换。②身体重心位移从整体上来看呈现出从下往上的运行轨迹。专业与非专业运动员下肢运动学的比较主要是协调运动模式的差异,在基本动作阶段的掌握无显著差异。
Abstract:
Purpose: Forehand loop is a key skill that table tennis players must master,and it is also one of the most lethal offensive skills.This paper analyzes the motion angle and speed of ankle joint,knee joint and hip joint of forehand draw?down swing looping ball,and provides practical guidance for multi-level teaching of different levels of table tennis players.Methods:The kinematics data of professional and non-professional table tennis athletes were collected by Qualisys three-dimension motion analysis system.Then the similarities and differences of the technical movements of the two groups of people were compared and analyzed.SPSS2.0 statistical analysis software was used to analyze the data,independent sample T test was performed.Results:( 1 ) Professional athletes:① lower limb movement mode is based on the direction of force and hip-knee-ankle alignment mode.②body center of gravity displacement from the overall point of view from the back down to the top of the track.( 2 ) Non-professional athletes:①The lower limb movement mode is based on the right foot rotation mode supported by the left foot,and lacks the shife of the gravity center with the bak-swing.②The body center of gravity dis ? placement from the overall point of view from the bottom up of the track.Conclusion:The difference of upper and lower limb kinematics between professional athletes and non-professional athletes is mainly the difference of coordination movement mode,and there is no great difference in mastering the basic movement stage of technical movements.
