摘要:: 唐勇博士所著的《体育法基本问题研究》是一部试图探讨体育法本体问题并构建体育法基础理论体系的著作，其整体上呈现出理论结合实践、深入挖掘问题和颇具战略眼光的特点。文章以部门法基础理论的研究进路为参照，阐释了体育法的概念、性质和地位，系统深入地讨论了体育权利、体育义务、体育法的基本原则以及软性与硬性机制，解读了体育法观念的发展脉络和体育法继承与移植的价值功用，提炼了体育法学的价值分析法、规范分析法和社会实证分析法的理论形态，剖析了群众体育、学校体育和竞技体育中体育法的实际运行问题，内容丰富而发人深省。该书显现的治学态度和论证方法，对未来的体育法学理论研究具有借鉴意义。

Abstract:: 《Study on the Basic Issues of Sports Law》by Dr. Tang Yong is a fine work that attempts to explore the ontological issues of sports law and construct the fundamental theory system of sports law. As a whole, it presents the characteristics of combining theory with practice, digging into problems and having a strategic vision. Referring to the research approach of fundamental theory of legal branch, the author explained the notion, nature and status of sports law, and systematically and in-depth discussed right to sports, obligation to sports, the basic principles of sports law, and the soft and hard mechanisms of sports law, interpreted the development process of sports law concepts and the value functions of sports law inheritance and transplantation, refined the theoretical forms into research method of value analysis, normative analysis and social empirical analysis of sports law, and analyzed the actual operation of sports law in the field of sports for all, physical education in schools and elite sports. The book is rich in content and very thought-provoking. The academic attitude and argumentation methods shown in the book are of great referential significance for future theoretical research on sports law
