在新商科背景下，以国标为依据，基于OBE理念，选取山西财经大学体育经济与管理专业为研究对象，结合其专业人才培养目标与规格，设计了以学生学习成效为导向，具有学校统一与专业结合的特点的“学校通修课程+大类学科课程+专业发展课程+公共选修课程+第二、三课堂”的课程体系，构建有利于地方财经院校体育经济与管理本科专业人才培养的理论与实践教学、创新创业教学体系。该课程体系特点在于：坚持目标导向，课程体系设计聚焦全过程育人；构建专创融合实训实践课程体系，助力学生创新创业能力提升；坚持多元融合协同育人，创新人才培养模式；坚持五育并举、促进学生全面发展。
Abstract:
Under the context of the new business discipline, this study takes the national standard as the basis and adopts the concept of “OBE”. It selects the Sports Economy and Management major at Shanxi University of Finance and Economics as the research object, combining its professional talent training objectives and specifications. A curriculum system designs the “school general course” with the characteristics of school unity and professional combination, which is guided by the learning effect of students + curriculum system of “major subject courses + professional development courses + open elective courses” and includes general education courses, major courses, professional development courses, elective courses, and extracurricular activities. This curriculum system aims to facilitate the cultivation of undergraduate talents in sports economy and management at local finance and economics institutions. The characteristics of this curriculum system lie in its goal-oriented approach and its focus on the entire process of educating students. It is designed to build a curriculum system that integrates specialized knowledge and practical training, with a focus on creativity and entrepreneurship. It supports the improvement of students’ innovative and entrepreneurial abilities. The curriculum system also emphasizes diversity and collaboration in education, innovating the talent development model, and promoting students’ comprehensive development through a balanced approach to intellectual, physical, moral, aesthetic, and practical education.
