摘要:
德国体育俱乐部作为德国体育事业发展的主要推动者，已经走过了二百多年的发展历程。运用文献资料法与实地调查法对新世纪德国体育俱乐部的发展特征进行研究，发现德国体育俱乐部发展具有以下特征：注重传递公平精神，注重发挥社会价值；以“道德准则”为前提，注重廉政、透明、问责、民主参与的善治原则；强调协同合作，注重整合社会资源，维护志愿团队；强调人文关怀，优化课程服务；低门槛参与，收支结构合理，收入来源多元化。并得到以下启示：坚持以《促进和规范社会体育俱乐部发展的意见》为发展引导，接受社会监督；加强协同合作，制定相关政策维护工作团队；丰富俱乐部活动体系，优化课程建设；降低参与门槛，扩宽收入来源，优化收支结构；开展体育俱乐部现状调查，定期发布调查研究报告。
Abstract:
As the main promoter of the development of Sport in Germany sports, Sport in Germany Sports Club has gone through more than 200 years of development. This paper studies the development characteristics of Sport in Germany sports clubs in the new century by using the methods of literature review and field survey. It finds that the development of Sport in Germany sports clubs has the following characteristics: Attaching importance to the transmission of the spirit of fairness and the development of social values; Based on the premise of “moral principles”, emphasizing the principles of good governance such as integrity, transparency, accountability, and democratic participation; Emphasize collaborative cooperation, focus on integrating social resources, and maintain volunteer teams; Emphasizing humanistic care and optimizing course services; Low threshold participation, reasonable income and expenditure structure, and diversified income sources. And obtain the following inspiration: adhere to the “Opinions on Promoting and Regulating the Development of Social Sports Clubs” as the development guidance, and accept social supervision; Strengthen collaborative cooperation and develop relevant policy maintenance teams; Enrich the club activity system and optimize the curriculum construction; Lower participation barriers, expand income sources, and optimize income and expenditure structure; Conduct a survey on the current situation of sports clubs and regularly publish research reports.
