摘要:

为了提高中国职业足球的治理能力、规范职业足球联赛市场的稳健发展，运用文献法、案例分析法等研究英超职业足球联赛信息披露现状，构建职业足球联赛信息披露理论框架。研究认为：职业足球联赛信息披露是涵盖足球协会、联赛联盟、俱乐部联赛等各级信息披露主体，通过政府和非政府平台向投资者和社会公众公布与职业足球联赛有关的强制性信息和自愿性信息，并减少联赛内外信息不对称情况的治理机制。英超联赛充分利用自身平台，真实、准确、完整、及时、公平地披露强制性和自愿性信息。这不仅有助于保护投资者的合法权益、提高外部对其内部治理的监管，制止不法行为；也增加各利益相关者对英超的关注和投资，优化职业足球市场的资源配置效率。最后提出中超应重视系统性信息披露、注重提升信息披露的数量和质量、加强信息披露政策的引导和规范三点建议。

Abstract:

In order to improve the governance ability of Chinese professional soccer and regulate the sound development of the professional soccer league market, the current situation of information disclosure in the English Premier League professional soccer league is studied by using the literature method and case study method to construct a theoretical framework of information disclosure in a professional soccer league. The study concludes that professional soccer league information disclosure is a governance mechanism that covers all levels of information disclosure bodies of the league, including soccer associations, league leagues, and clubs, and publishes mandatory and voluntary information related to the professional soccer league to investors and the public through governmental and non-governmental platforms, and reduces the asymmetry of information inside and outside the league. The Premier League fully utilizes its own platform to disclose mandatory and voluntary information in a true, accurate, complete, timely and fair manner. This not only helps to protect the legitimate rights and interests of investors, improve external regulation of its internal governance, and stop unlawful behavior; it also increases the attention and investment of various stakeholders in the Premier League and optimizes the resource allocation efficiency of the professional soccer market. Finally, it is proposed that the Premier League should pay attention to systematic information disclosure, focus on improving the quantity and quality of information disclosure, and strengthen the guidance and regulation of information disclosure policy.
