以2024年全国游泳冠军赛男子100 m自由泳前8名运动员为研究对象,运用文献资料法、视频解析法、数理统计法及个案分析法,系统解析我国优秀选手的技术特征。结果显示:(1)奖牌组与非奖牌组在出发、途中游及冲刺阶段无显著差异,但转身阶段存在显著性差异,技术规范性与动作连贯性是提升关键;潘展乐全程展现全面速度优势,4个分段均领先。(2)潘展乐在近一年3场国内外100 m自由泳大赛中,其在出发阶段水下蝶泳腿次数相同;途中游阶段,展现出划幅优秀、划频稳定、游速均匀的特征;转身阶段水下蝶泳腿次数越多出水距离越远,但与转身阶段用时相关性不大,重点提高水下蝶泳腿效率;冲刺阶段,每场比赛的憋气次数在减少,冲刺成绩逐步提升。(3)与国际顶尖选手波波维奇和德雷塞尔相比,其途中游稳定性和冲刺阶段的表现更具优势,但在出水点距离和出发15 m时间上仍存提升空间。

This study takes the top eight athletes in the men’s 100 m freestyle at the 2024 National Swimming Championships as the research subjects.By employing methods such as literature review,video analysis,mathematical statistics,and case analysis,the technical characteristics of China’s elite swimmers were systematically examined.The results indicate:(1) There were no significant differences between the medal-winning group and the non-medal group in the start,mid-race,and sprint phases,but a notable difference was observed in the turn phase,where technical standardization and movement continuity were key to improvement.Pan Zhanle demonstrated comprehensive speed advantages throughout the race,leading in all four segments.(2) In three domestic and international 100 m freestyle competitions over the past year,Pan Zhanle maintained the same number of underwater dolphin kicks during the start phase.In the mid-race phase,he exhibited excellent stroke length,stable stroke frequency,and consistent swimming speed.During the turn phase,a higher number of underwater dolphin kicks correlated with a longer breakout distance,but this had little correlation with turn time,highlighting the need to improve underwater dolphin kick efficiency.In the sprint phase,the frequency of breath-holding decreased in each race,and his sprint performance progressively improved.(3) Compared with world-class swimmers Popovici and Dressel,Pan Zhanle showed greater stability in the mid-race phase and an advantage in the sprint phase,but there remains room for improvement in breakout distance and 15 m start time.
