开放获取视角下体育学术期刊数字化建设的现实困境与突围路径-《体育科学研究》

Title:: The Realistic Dilemmas and Breakthrough Paths of Digital Construction of Sports Academic Journals from the Perspective of Open Access

摘要:: 随着信息技术的发展和开放获取理念的普及，体育学术期刊的数字化建设迎来了新的发展机遇。基于开放获取视角，通过数理统计与调查对16种体育核心期刊数字化建设现状进行梳理，发现体育学术期刊在数字化转型过程中面临四大困境：观念困境，传统出版观念束缚了开放获取模式的推广；技术困境，数字化平台建设滞后且缺乏统一标准；资金困境，开放获取模式下的资金来源有限；版权困境，作者与期刊的版权冲突及第三方平台的版权管理问题突出。针对上述问题提出：更新价值观念，提升对开放获取的认知；加快数字化建设，提高平台兼容性；优化资金管理，拓展资金来源；完善版权管理机制，加强版权保护。

Abstract:: With the rapid development of information technology and the gradual popularization of the open access concept,the digital construction of sports academic journals has embraced new development opportunities.This study,based on the perspective of open access,comprehensively reviews the current state of digital construction of 16 sports core journals using methods such as combing statistics and surveying.The findings reveal that sports academic journals face four major challenges during the digital transformation process:Conceptual dilemma,where traditional publishing concepts restrict the promotion of open access models;Technological dilemma,with delayed construction of digital platforms and a lack of unified standards;Financial dilemma,where limited funding sources under the open access model affect sustainable development;Copyright dilemma,with prominent conflicts between authors and journals over copyright and issues with copyright management by third-party platforms.In response to these issues,the study proposes the following paths for breakthrough:Update value concepts and enhance understanding of open access; Accelerate digital construction and improve platform compatibility;Optimize financial management and expand funding sources;Improve copyright management mechanisms and strengthen copyright protection.
