摘要:
为探讨我国高校高水平排球队教练员领导行为与团队认同的关系,以2019—2020年中国大学生排球联赛总决赛参赛队伍运动员为调查对象,采用探索性因子分析、Pearson相关分析和逐步回归分析等方法,研究了教练员领导行为各要素与运动员团队认同各要素之间的关系。研究结果显示:教练员的训练与指导行为、民主行为、社会支持行为和积极反馈(奖励)行为,均与团队认同中的认知、情感和行为认同呈正相关;教练员的专制行为与团队认同中的认知、情感和行为认同呈负相关。逐步回归分析结果显示:教练员领导行为对运动员认知认同影响程度依次是民主行为、专制行为、训练与指导行为、积极反馈(奖励)行为;对情感认同影响程度依次是训练与指导行为、积极反馈(奖励)行为、专制行为;对行为认同影响程度依次是民主行为、训练与指导行为、积极反馈(奖励)行为、社会支持行为。研究建议:教练员应根据不同的运动情境和运动员认同问题类别,灵活运用各类领导行为组合,提升运动员的认知、情感和行为认同,以更好地促进高校高水平排球运动队的高质量发展。
Abstract:
To explore the relationship between coaches’ leadership behavior and team identity in Chinese university high-level volleyball teams,this study investigated volleyball players from the 20192020 China University Volleyball League Finals.Methods included Exploratory Factor Analysis,Pearson’s product-moment correlation,and Stepwise Regression Analysis to examine how elements of coaches’ leadership behavior relate to athletes’ team identity.The results showed that coaches’ training and instruction,democratic,social support,and positive feedback (reward) behaviors were positively correlated with cognitive,affective,and behavioral dimensions of team identity.Coaches’ authoritarian behaviors were negatively related to cognitive,affective,and behavioral identity in team identity.The results of stepwise regression analysis showed that the coaches’ leadership behaviors influenced the athletes’ cognitive identity in the order of democratic behaviors,authoritarian behaviors,training and instruction behaviors,and positive feedback (reward) behaviors;the coaches’ emotional identity in the order of training and instruction behaviors,positive feedback (reward) behaviors,and authoritarian behaviors;and the coaches’ behavioral identity in the order of democratic behaviors,training and instruction behaviors,Positive Feedback (Reward) Behavior,and Social Support Behavior.These findings suggest that coaches should flexibly adapt combinations of leadership behaviors according to specific athletic contexts and categories of athletes’ identity issues,aiming to enhance athletes’ cognitive,affective,and behavioral identification with the team,thereby facilitating high-quality development of elite university volleyball teams.
