摘要:
职业体育教育既是教育问题也是民生问题，促进新时代职业体育教育高质量发展不仅是推进中国式职业体育教育现代化的重要任务，也能为建设中国特色社会主义现代化强国和圆梦复兴贡献重要力量。习近平总书记关于职业教育的重要论述内涵丰富，对于引领职业体育教育高质量发展具有宏观指导作用。研究发现，职业教育地位观、职业教育发展观和职业教育人才观共同构成了习近平总书记关于职业教育的重要论述核心内涵。基于“三观”的内涵引领，提出新时代职业体育教育高质量发展策略：立法提振职业体育教育双重地位，全力推进两个“一体化”发展；持续强化校企双元育人力度和深度，对接区域体育教育生态和体育产业所向；壮大“双师型”职业体育教师队伍，培育职业教育学生“德技并修”；基于“引进来”厚植职业体育教育生态，通过“走出去”开拓国际化之路。
Abstract:
Vocational physical education is both education and people’s livelihood.The highquality development of vocational physical education in the new era is not only the primary task to promote the modernization of Chinese-style vocational physical education,but also an important contribution to the construction of a modern socialist country with Chinese characteristics and the realization of the dream of rejuvenation.Xi Jinping’s important discourse on vocational education has rich connotations and plays a macro guiding role in leading the high-quality development of vocational education.The study has found that the core connotations of Xi Jinping’s important discourse on vocational education are jointly constructed by the views on the status,development，and talent of vocational education.The study proposes high-quality development strategies for vocational education in the new era based on the connotation of the “Three Views”:legislation to boost the dual status of vocational physical education and fully promote the two “integrations”;continuously strengthen the efforts and depth of dual education between schools and enterprises,and connect with the regional sports education ecology and the direction of the sports industry;strengthening the “dual teacher” vocational school physical education teacher team and cultivating vocational education students with “moral and technical dual training”;cultivating the ecology of vocational physical education based on the concept of “bringing in”,and exploring the path of internationalization through “going out”.
