摘要:
提升中小学体育教师数字素养是推动学校体育数字化转型的关键举措。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法及访谈法,系统梳理当前体育教师数字素养存在的主要问题,深入分析其成因,并提出相应对策。研究发现,我国中小学体育教师在数字体育意识、数字体育技能、数字体育道德及数字体育协同等维度仍存在明显不足。问题的成因主要包括:技术资源保障存在欠缺与配置不均衡;多元组织主体的理念滞后与能力不足;相关政策与制度体系不完善。基于此,提出以下建议:加强体育教师数字素养发展的技术资源支持;提升各相关组织主体对数字素养的认知与实践能力;构建系统完善的体育教师数字素养发展制度体系。
Abstract:
Developing digital literacy among physical education teachers is a key driver for promoting the digital transformation of school sports.Using methods such as literature review,logical analysis,and interviews,this study systematically identified the primary issues related to digital literacy among physical education teachers,and thoroughly explored the causes of these issues and strategies for addressing them.The research concludes that physical education teachers in Chinese primary and secondary schools still have certain shortcomings in terms of digital sports awareness,digital sports skills,digital sports ethics,and digital sports symbiosis.The root causes of these issues are manifested in:inadequate and misaligned technical resource support;lagging concepts and capabilities among diverse organizational entities;and weakened or absent policies and systems.Based on this,the following recommendations are proposed:strengthen technical resource support for the development of physical education teachers’ digital literacy;enhance the understanding and capabilities of diverse organizational entities regarding the development of physical education teachers’ digital literacy;and establish a comprehensive institutional framework for the development of physical education teachers’ digital literacy.
