摘要:: 乡村体育赛事是推动乡村治理的重要驱动因素，揭示其内在逻辑并提出可行路径，对促进农村体育发展及实现乡村治理“三治融合”具有重要现实意义。基于社会资本理论，运用逻辑分析与案例研究等方法，以台盘“村BA”为例，探讨乡村体育赛事促进乡村治理的运行逻辑、现实困境与实践路径。研究认为：乡村体育赛事有助于加强社会网络联系、奠定信任基础、推动规范传递，从而为乡村自治、德治和法治分别提供行动载体、行动基础与行动半径。然而，当前面临结构型社会资本不完善削弱自治效能、关系型社会资本不牢固影响德治根基、认知型社会资本不协调限制法治半径等现实困境，制约了乡村体育赛事促进乡村治理的可持续性。据此，应通过健全结构型社会资本以推动乡村自治、巩固关系型社会资本以强化乡村德治、调适认知型社会资本以促进乡村法治，从而更充分发挥乡村体育赛事在乡村治理中的积极作用。

Abstract:: Village sports events function as a pivotal driver in advancing rural governance,where revealing their theoretical logic and devising practical pathways proves crucial for developing rural sports and achieving the integration of the three governances.Employing social capital theory with logical analysis and in-depth case study methodology centered on Tepan’s "Village BA",this research investigates the operational mechanisms,prevailing dilemmas,and implementation approaches of such events.Findings demonstrate that these events actively strengthen communal networks,establish trust foundations,and facilitate normative adoption—thereby serving as the operational vehicle for self-governance,ethical bedrock for moral governance,and implementation framework for rule of law.However,sustainable progress is impeded by three interconnected constraints:inadequate structural social capital undermining self-governance efficacy,fragile relational social capital eroding moral governance foundations,and unaligned cognitive social capital restricting rule-of-law governance scope.Consequently,we advocate consolidating structural social capital to enhance rural self-governance,reinforcing relational social capital to fortify moral governance,and refining cognitive social capital to optimize rule-of-law implementationa tripartite strategy that maximizes the governance efficacy of village sports initiatives.
