摘要:: 中国特色体育法学话语作为体育法学的话语,以体育法学理论为表达内容，以体育法学学科范围为边界，以中国特色作为话语立场，在逐步体系化的过程中体现出鲜明的学科特征。但是，囿于话语体系尚在形成中，我国在争取体育法学学术话语权方面仍存在一定困境，学术话语与实践话语的互动也不够全面。为此，我国应通过打造原创性、标识性体育法学话语，并逐步将其逻辑化、系统化，循序渐进地使中国特色体育法学话语“从无到有”“从有到强”，最终形成中国特色体育法学话语体系。

Abstract:: As a discourse system within sports law,the Chinese-style sports law discourse is grounded in the theoretical foundations of sports law,bounded by the scope of the discipline,and rooted in the values of Chinese characteristics.It is gradually forming a systematic expression that embodies distinct features of sports law.However,since the discourse system is still in its formative stage,China continues to face challenges in asserting academic discourse power in the field of sports law,with limited interaction between academic theory and practical expression.Therefore,efforts should be made to develop original and distinctive sports law discourse,promoting its logical and systematic development.This will enable the Chinese-style sports law discourse to grow “from nothing to something,from something to strength,” ultimately forming a discourse system with unique Chinese characteristics.
