摘要:
为更好地提高运动员技术水平和比赛成绩，对2023年和2024年全国游泳冠军赛中女子200 m蝶泳运动员的技战术特征进行研究，运用视频解析、数理统计、个案研究等方法，系统探讨我国优秀选手的技战术表现。主要结论如下：（1）运动员之间的出发反应时差距有缩小趋势，前倾蹲踞式出发为主流出发技术，出发出水距离呈缩短趋势。（2）游程速度分配以先快后慢为特征。（3）两届游泳冠军赛途中游评价指标均呈由大到小的特征，2024年相较于2023年，划频较高、划幅较长，游速较快。（4）3次转身总用时呈减少趋势。（5）冲刺5 m时间呈增加趋势。
Abstract:
In order to better improve the athletes’technical performance and competition results,this paper studies the technical and tactical characteristics of female 200m butterfly athletes in the 2023 and 2024 National Swimming Championships,and adopts research methods such as video analysis,mathematical statistics and case study to analyze and elaborate the technical and tactical performance of domestic outstanding female 200m butterfly athletes.Conclusions:(1) Forward-leaning squat departure is the main departure technology,and the departure outlet distance is shortening.(2) Run speed distribution is characterized by first fast and then slow.(3) The evaluation indexes of the two swimming championships show the characteristics from large to small.Compared with 2023,the stroke frequency is higher,the stroke width is longer and the swim speed is faster in 2024.(4) The total time of 3 turns shows a decreasing trend.(5) The sprint time for 5m shows an increasing trend.
