数字赋能已成为提升全民健身公共服务平台治理效果的重要路径。然而,现有研究对平台化治理中多因素交互作用及其影响机制缺乏基于用户层面的非线性探讨。为此,研究基于模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法,构建数字赋能背景下全民健身公共服务平台治理效果的复杂性模型,系统识别影响平台治理效果(用户满意度、参与度)的组态模式。研究结果表明,政府支持、公共服务质量、用户体验感知、用户运营支持与数字技术应用在不同条件组合下形成多元治理路径,有效驱动平台治理效果的提升。政府支持作为治理基础,在与高质量服务供给与优化用户体验结合时,能够显著提升用户满意度;公共服务质量与用户体验感知是影响用户满意度的核心因素,且不同用户群体(如高学历、年轻女性用户与低收入用户)在满意度形成机制上呈现出差异化特征。相比之下,用户参与度更依赖于对数字技术应用的适应与接触面,用户运营支持在政府支持相对不足或服务质量有限的情境下,通过激励机制与社群互动有效促进用户活跃度提升。

Digital empowerment has emerged as a vital approach to enhancing the governance effectiveness of public service platforms for national fitness.However,existing research lacks a user-level,nonlinear exploration of the interaction mechanisms among multiple factors within platform-based governance.To address this gap,this study adopts fuzzy-set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (fsQCA) to construct a complexity model of governance effectiveness under digital empowerment.The model systematically identifies configurational patterns influencing platform outcomes,namely user satisfaction and user engagement.Findings reveal that government support,public service quality,perceived user experience,operational user support,and digital technology adoption jointly contribute to multiple governance pathways under different condition combinations.These configurations effectively drive improvements in platform governance performance.Government support,as a foundational element,significantly enhances user satisfaction when combined with high-quality service provision and optimized user experiences.Public service quality and user experience perception emerge as core conditions influencing satisfaction,with differentiated patterns observed among distinct user groups,such as highly educated individuals,young female users,and low-income populations.In contrast,user engagement is more strongly associated with adaptability to and accessibility of digital technologies.In contexts where government support is weak or service quality is limited,operational user support,through incentive mechanisms and community interaction,plays a key role in promoting user activity and platform participation.
