摘要:
蛙泳是我国竞技游泳的传统优势项目，一直备受关注。为促进科学训练、提升我国女子100 m蛙泳项目的竞争力，研究以2024年深圳全国游泳冠军赛女子100 m蛙泳项目为对象，综合运用视频解析、数理统计及实地调研等方法，深入分析我国女子100 m蛙泳运动员的技术表现与战术运用特征，以期为后续科学训练与提升比赛竞争力提供参考。得出结论：（1）获奖牌选手在出发、转身和途中游阶段优势显著，冲刺阶段与非奖牌选手差异较小。（2）冠军唐钱婷与其他国内选手相比，在出发、途中游和转身阶段均有明显优势，但她在冲刺阶段的用时和游速处于中等水平，表明其仍有提升空间。
Abstract:
Breaststroke has long been regarded as a traditional strength in China’s competitive swimming and continues to attract widespread attention.To promote evidence based training and enhance China’s international competitiveness in the women’s 100 m breaststroke,this study examines the 2024 Shenzhen National Swimming Championships.Using a combination of video analysis,mathematical statistics,and field investigation,we conducted a comprehensive assessment of the technical performance and tactical strategies of China’s elite female athletes in this event.The findings provide insights into performance determinants and may inform the design of more effective training and competition strategies.The main results are as follows:(1) Medal-winning athletes showed clear advantages over non-medalists in the start,turn,and mid-race phases,while no significant difference was observed in the sprint phase.(2) Compared with other domestic finalists,champion Tang Qianting demonstrated clear superiority in the start,mid-race,and turn phases.However,her performance in the sprint phase was only at a mid-level among the eight competitors,suggesting considerable room for targeted improvement.
