摘要:
党建引领体育社会组织发展是实现体育社会组织高质量发展的根本所在、命脉所在。运用文献资料、实地调研等研究方法，阐发党建引领体育社会组织发展的内在逻辑：加强党对体育社会组织的全面领导是根本保障，推动体育社会组织高质量发展是本质要求，走中国特色体育社会组织发展道路是基本路径，深化体育社会组织实体化、社会化改革是有力举措，完善体育社会组织自治和他治是重要手段。党建引领体育社会组织发展面临的主要问题表现在：党建引领领悟力不高、执行力不足、组织力不强、监督力不够。从而提出优化路径：以“党建硬”带动“发展硬”，筑就体育社会组织高质量发展强大支撑；以“党建实”促进“业务实”，发挥好体育社会组织多元功能；以“党建优”引领“治理优”，推动体育社会组织融入共建共治共享格局。
Abstract:

Thedevelopment of sports social organizations leading by party building is thefundamental and lifeblood of achieving high-quality development of sportssocial organizations.By using the methods of literature review,field researchand so on,this paper expounds the internal logic of party building leading thedevelopment of sports social organizations.Strengthening the party’s overallleadership over sports social organizations is the fundamentalguarantee,promoting the high-quality development of sports social organizationsis the essential requirement,taking the development path of sports socialorganizations with Chinese characteristics is the basic path,deepening thesubstantial and socialization reform of sports social organizations is apowerful measure,improving the autonomy and heteronomy of sports socialorganizations is an important mean.The main dilemmas including:thecomprehension of party building leading is not enough,the execution isinsufficient,the organization is not strong,the supervision is inadequate.It isnecessary to drive ‘strong development’ through ‘strong party building’ andbuild a hard-core support for the high-quality development of sports socialorganizations;promote ‘solid business’ through ‘solid party building’,play agood sports social organization multi-function;lead ‘excellent governance’through ‘excellent party building’,to promote sports social organizationsintegrate into co-construction,co-governance and sharing pattern.
