摘要:
对“高校体育设施”和“利用效果”两个关键词的内涵进行了分析阐释，提出高校体育设施利用效果评价指标的构建原则。采用德尔菲法和模糊综合评价法，经过指标初选、指标修订和权重确定三个阶段，提出江苏高校体育设施利用效果的评价指标体系。以期推动高校体育设施的量化考核工作，提升高校体育设施的利用效果。
Abstract:
The paper gives an explanation and analysis of the connotation of two key words,that is “college sports facilities” and “effect”.On the basis of analysis,the paper put forward four principles to construct the evaluation index of the university sports facilities.Using Delphy and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,through three stages of the primary indicators choosing,indicators revision and weights determining,the author put forward the evaluation index of the university sports facilities,in order to promote the assessment work of college sports facilities,and improve the use effect of college sports facilities.
