摘要:
研究采用问卷调查、数理统计等方法并结合高等院校教师职业特点，针对后疫情时代厦门域内高校教师体育生活方式，从体育动因、体育消费、体育参与行为及影响因素等四个方面，揭示其体育生活方式现状和特征。调查显示，后疫情时代高校教师的体育价值观认识、运动意识有所提高，运动消费方式有所改变，但运动场所严重不足。建议从硬件和软件建设上加大举措，以进一步引导和培养高校教师形成正确的体育生活方式。
Abstract:
This study，by using questionnaire survey，mathematical statistics and other methods，is aimed at sports lifestyle among the university teachers in Amoy and displays the present situation and characteristics from the following 4 factors:sports motivation，sports consumption，sports participation behavior and influencing factors，according to the evaluation index system of the sports lifestyle of college teachers in Xiamen in the post-pandemic era.The survey indicates the increase in the evaluation，sports awareness and sports consumption，but decrease in the sports conditions.It is proposed that the construction should be improved in the hardware and software in order to introduce and develop a different new sports lifestyle.
