摘要:
从金牌战略的视角出发,运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、比较分析法等方法，在深入分析天津市竞技体育发展现状与问题的基础上,结合全面质量管理论提出全运会大周期备战的策略。要以目标为中心，运动员和教练员全员参与，运用体制改革、项目优化、培训保障、评价奖惩等多种手段，实施全运会备战全过程的质量控制，激励全员共同努力完成备战任务、取得优异成绩。
Abstract:
From "gold medal strategy" and through using the method of literature review, expert interviews, comparative analysis, this paper analyzed present situation and problem of Tianjin sports development, and in combination with TQM formulate the major cycle fight tactics of the National Games. According to the goals, follow with the athletes, coaches and controllers, support with the system reform, optimize the project, training and logistic work to implement the quality control of the whole process and encourage all members to complete the mission and get outstanding achievements.
