摘要:: 运用案例分析法，总结和分析新疆生产建设兵团体育行政机构“大部制”改革与竞技体育后备人才培养体系建设的经验。研究认为：兵团体育行政机构的改革与兵团体育发展状况和所处的环境密切相关。其机构设置是在政府行政构架中不单独设立体育部门，将体育与相关职能部门合署，组建综合类的行政部门，这种机构设置促进竞技体育后备人才体系建设的经验是使后发劣势变为后发优势、有利于做优做强中级竞技体育后备人才培养学校、有利于夯实和强化学校培养后备人才基本功能。

Abstract:: By use of case analysis, it summarizes and analyzes the production and construction corps training reform administrative institutions "Big Ministries System " and Xinjiang reserve sports talents system construction experience. The research shows, reform administrative institutions and the corps sports development and the environment are closely related. The government administrative framework does not separate from the sports department, the sports and the relevant functional departments offices, set up comprehensive administrative departments, this set of institutions to promote sports reserve talent system construction experience is that after a disadvantage into advantage, benefit and make the intermediate reserve sports talents training schools, is conducive to consolidate and strengthen the school talents training for basic functions.
