摘要:
为了有效保护与传承优秀的民族传统体育文化、弘扬中华民族优秀传统，更好地促进新农村文化建设，采用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法剖析了民族传统体育保护与传承面临的困境问题。对体育法、行政法规、知识产权法、非物质文化遗产法等保护与传承民族体育文化的模式进行了探析，提出了民族传统体育文化的保护与传承原则、民族传统体育文化立法保护的模式、民族传统体育文化保护与传承的法律措施。
Abstract:
To protect and inherit traditional ethnic sports, spread Chinese civilization and promote the construction of new rural culture, the study finds difficulties of traditional ethnic sports protection with the approaches of literature and logical analysis. The protection mode of ethnic sports culture is analyzed based on Sports Regulations, Administrative Regulations, Intellectual Property Law and Law of Intangible Cultural Heritage Protection. Principles, legislation mode and regulations of traditional ethnic sports culture protection are proposed.
