摘要:
依据运动训练学相关理论及实践，在对篮球运动员核心素质进行界定的基础上，对影响篮球运动员成长与水平提升的核心素质特征及其具体训练方法进行探究。认为：篮球运动员核心素质训练既要符合篮球运动项目特征，也要符合篮球运动中运动员肌肉收缩、神经控制、能量代谢特点；篮球运动员核心素质训练在不同阶段发展的重点应有所侧重，应充分考虑内容、形式、负荷强度和量、时间顺序上等不同层次的结合。
Abstract:
According to sports training theory and practice, based on the core qualities define of basketball players，it analyzed the basketball player on the impact of core growth and enhance the level of quality characteristics and specific training methods to explore. It puts forward as follows: basketball player training is necessary to meet the core quality basketball sports features, but also to meet the basketball athletes muscle contraction, nerve control, energy metabolism characteristics; basketball player core focus on quality training in various stages of development should be emphasized, should fully consider the content, form, strength and quantity of the load, the time sequence of the finest combination of different levels..
