摘要:
通过文献分析与实证考察，从移动互联网与智慧体育的意涵入手，研判移动互联网对于构建我国智慧体育的现实意义及当前面临的问题，并提出应用移动互联网推进智慧体育发展的建议：完善工作机制，做好顶层设计，把移动互联技术作为构建“智慧体育”工作的重要抓手；加强政府的基本公共体育服务职能，健全移动互联网环境下的在线政务评价体系；完善体育产业环境，拓展移动互联技术在体育领域的应用范围；逐步推动公共体育数据资源开放，共建公共体育数据资源库；部署智慧体育试点示范，因地制宜、逐步推广，实现关键领域、重点突破。
Abstract:
Using the literature analysis method and cases study，this paper began from the definition of Mobile Internet and Smart Sport.Then，it discussed the practical significance and essential issues caused by Mobile Internet＇s application to China＇s Smart Sport，and put forward the suggestion to promote smart sport＇s development:1) Improving the working mechanism and enhancing the top design，applying mobile interne＇s technical to create smart sport.2) Establishing and improving the Online governmental evaluation system based on mobile internet，promoting the duty of public sport service.3) Improving sports industry＇s environment，increasing smart sport＇s application range.4) Opening public sport data resource gradually，co-building the public sport database.5) Carrying out the pilot project of smart sport according to local condition on gradual expansion，accomplishing the breakthrough in the key field.
