摘要:

文章采用瑞士Kistler便携式步态测力台与悬吊训练系统对福建省足球队U13男足、U15男足及U16女足的核心肌群稳定控制能力进行测试，旨在分析掌握三队队员核心肌群稳定能力现状，为后期的训练提供参考。结果表明，U13男足的总体核心肌群稳定能力不如U15男足、U16女足，尤其在动态核心肌群稳定控制能力的测试中，U13男足与U15男足、U16女足的差异显著。

Abstract:

Swiss Kistler portable gait force platform and Suspension training system were used to test the stability control ability of the core muscles of the athletes of U13 and U15 men＇s football teams as well as U16 women＇s football team in Fujian Province.The aim of this research was to make clear the current situation of the stabilizing ability of the core muscles of the athletes＇in three teams in order to provide some insight for the later training.The results showed that the general core muscles＇stabilizing ability of U13 men＇s football team＇s athletes＇was worse than that of U15 men＇s and U16 women＇s，especially in the dynamic core muscles＇stability control ability test，that the difference between the U13 men＇s football team and the U15 men＇s football team as well as the U16 women＇s football team was significant.
