摘要:
体育作为世界共通的语言，在塑造国家形象、提升国际地位方面起到了重要作用。体育强国建设从某种程度上来说就是国家软实力的建构，它涉及民族国家形象方面影响力和号召力的认知与重塑。文章从体育强国建设的历程、相关认识、现实困境和应然取向等几方面进行分析，指出在建设体育强国的过程中需要面对民众思想观念、民众接受度、国际体育贡献低、西方文化霸权主义造成负面影响等几方面问题。在建设体育强国的过程中，应转变当前体育价值观、创新体制，培育新的金牌增长点，大力发展中国体育文化和提高国际体育话语权。
Abstract:
As a common language in the world，sports plays an important role in shaping the image of the country and promoting its international status.The construction of a powerful country in sports is，to some extent，the construction of the national soft power，which involves the cognition and reconstruction of the influence and appeal of the national image.This paper analyzes the course，related cognition，realistic predicament and orientation of sports powerful country，and points out that in the process of building a powerful country，it is necessary to face the problems of people＇s ideology，acceptance degree，low contribution of international sports and the negative influence of Western cultural hegemonism.It is suggested that the current sports value and innovation system should be changed in the process of building a powerful country in sports，and the new gold point should be cultivated，the Chinese sports culture should be developed and the international sports discourse right should be promoted.
