摘要:
基于社区体育组织发展的微观基础，应用社会治理的基本理论，就社区体育组织管理水平及自治能力、多种社会资源的汇聚、交往的实现及互惠规范培育，以及社会资本的形成与增值五个方面探讨社区体育组织社会资本在社区体育发展中的积极作用、现实意义及其价值实现。
Abstract:
From the microcosmic foundation of the development of community sports，the management level and autonomous ability of community sports，this paper focused on how to gather all kinds of social resources，how to promote communication and foster the norm of reciprocity.This paper probes into the role and significance of community sports organization social capital in the development of community sports from the five aspects of social capital increment，and thinks that community sports organization social capital plays an active role in these aspects.
