摘要:: 为了探寻体育教育专业免费师范生的职业现状，采用问卷调查法、文献资料法和数理统计法等研究方法，对体育教育专业免费师范生的工作近况、职业满意度、教学技能水平和职业发展意愿等方面展开了调查。结果显示：体育教育专业免费师范生对职后的工作现状满意度较低、在教学能力水平上有所欠缺、从教信念还有待加强，同时政策也缺乏选择的多样性。因此，政府、学校、体育教育专业免费师范生自身均需努力提升与完善，共同促使体育教育专业免费师范生尽快融入职后的工作生活，部属师范类高校需更有目的地为中小学培养优质的教师人才。

Abstract:: In order to explore the professional status of free normal students majoring in physical education.The paper investigates the current situation，satisfaction，teaching skill levels and career development intention of free normal students majoring in physical education using the methods of questionnaire，literature and mathematical statistics.The results show that the free normal students of physical education are less satisfied with their job status，lack of teaching ability，teaching belief and diversity of policy choices.Therefore，the government，schools and free normal students of physical education need to improve and perfect themselves，so as to promote the free normal students of physical education to integrate into the life and work as soon as possible，and the normal universities affiliated to the education ministry need to cultivate high-quality teachers for primary and secondary schools.
