摘要:
在我国竞技体育管理现代化发展过程中,需要更多专业化的管理工具来支持相关管理活动。本研究运用专家调查法,对《我国专业体育教练员工作绩效调查量表》中的4个维度和26个题项分别进行比较,运用yaahp软件对调查结果进行层次分析,对每一个维度赋予权重。通过分析发现,在我国竞技体育教练员工作绩效评价中,任务绩效所占比重最高,其次分别是关系绩效、发展绩效和反生产绩效;其中“成绩”“团队精神”和“对于训练过程的关注”是决定教练员绩效优劣的关键因素;当该问卷用于不同目的时,其维度权重可能出现变化。
Abstract:
With the development of management modernization in competitive sports,more and more management tools would be used in China.The paper uses the method of expert questionnaire to compare 4 dimensions and 26 entries in the job performance scale for professional sport coaches in China.The study analyses the results of investigation useing yaahp software to give weight of 4 dimensions.The study concludes that the highest weight is task performance,and next is contextual performance,development performance and counter-productive performance.And the achievement,team-work and attention training are the most important factors in the performance appraisal of professional sport coaches in China.Finally,the weight of 4 dimensions will change when the questionnaire be uesed for different objectives.
