摘要:
为构建福建省校园足球活动监督评价体系，采用文献资料法、专家访问法、调查法等研究方法，对福建省校园足球特色校的活动开展情况进行研究。结果表明：特色校对校园足球的理念认识较为深入，校园足球活动开展总体上是健康的、稳定的、有序的。监督体系由管理系统、资源系统、推进系统、效果系统4个一级指标，9个二级指标和36个三级指标构建而成，能客观、真实、有效地评价校园足球特色校开展活动的现状，实现对福建省校园足球特色校等级分类的全面评估。建立权威信息平台、增强沟通共享资源，扩大监督主体、设计不同的监控模块，不同等级单位实行分层管理、制定不同发展目标，增加持续性的扶持政策，建立各地市校园足球特色校跟踪评估,是完善监督评价体系的策略。
Abstract:
In order to construct the supervision and evaluation system of campus football activities in Fujian Province,literature methods,expert interview,survey interview and other research methods are used to study the development of campus football characteristic school activities in Fujian Province.The results show that characteristic schools can fully understand the concept of campus football,the development of campus football activities is healthy,stable and orderly.The supervision system consists of management system,resource system,promotion system and effect system,includes 4 first level indicators,9 second level indicators and 36 third level indicators,can objectively,truly and effectively evaluate the development of campus football activities in characteristic schools to realize the comprehensive evaluation of the classification of Fujian campus football characteristic schools.Establishing authoritative information platform,enhancing communication and sharing resources,expanding the main body of supervision and designing different monitoring modules for different levels of units,implementing layered management and formulating different development goals,increasing sustained support policies and establish tracking evaluation of characteristic football schools in different cities,are the strategies to improve the supervision and evaluation system.
