摘要:: 体育赛事人员安排问题较复杂，针对不同的赛事分工，人员安排亦不同。如果几个赛事共同使用相同类型的人力资源，并且赛事的数目很大时，人员安排分配问题就会更加复杂。研究以体育赛事人员安排问题为背景，在运筹学的基础上，对问题作出了合理假设，将问题转变成熟悉的整数线性规划问题，再逐渐考虑进度、组织、赶工和冲突的问题，并应用LINGO软件对问题进行求解，其求解结果非常全面。模型对于不同的约束条件，能给出合理的响应，具有较强的泛化能力。

Abstract:: The problem of personnel arrangement in sports events is complex.According to different division of labor，personnel arrangement will be different.If several events share the same type of human resources，and the number of events is large，the allocation of personnel will be more complex.Based on the background of the problem of personnel arrangement in sports events and on the basis of operational research，this paper makes a reasonable assumption on the problem，transforms the problem into a familiar integer linear programming problem，and then gradually considers the problems of progress，organization，catch up and conflict，and applies lingo software to solve the problem.The solution results are very comprehensive.The model gives reasonable response to different constraints，and has strong generalization ability.
