摘要:
近年来，我国足球赛场上暴力攻击裁判现象频发，这严重扰乱了赛场秩序，同时也暴露了我国赛事管理的疏漏和竞技体育治理能力的不足。通过文献资料法、内容分析法和数理统计法，以2004年至2018年15年间中国足协处罚公告中涉及暴力攻击裁判文本处罚信息的分类统计为数据来源，分析了我国暴力攻击裁判现象的现状，并基于结构功能理论和挫折攻击理论探讨其原因。研究表明，暴力攻击裁判人员身份多样，涉及面广泛，发起者以球员为主，球队管理人员、教练次之，暴力行为以语言暴力为主，但也有殴打、群殴类暴力犯罪行为发生。体育竞赛内在的结构性戏剧冲突，暴力被竞技者作为一种求胜策略的滥用，裁判公信力的降低与权威的消解，个别竞技体育从业人员“职业性”的缺失，是导致暴力攻击裁判现象产生的主要原因。
Abstract:
The frequent violent attacks on refereesdisturbed the order of the field and exposed the lack of league management and governance capacity.This paper analyzes the current situation of violent attacks on referees based on the data source of the punishment texts of violent attacks on referees in the 15 years notice of China Football Association from 2004 to 2018,and discusses the causes based on the theory of structure and function and the theory of setbacks.The research shows that the identity of violent attacks on referees is diverse,with players as the main initiator,team managers,coaches and other team staff as the second.The main reasons for violent attacks on referees are:the internal structural dramatic conflict of sports competitions,the abuse of violence by competitors as a winning strategy,the reduction of the credibility of referees and the elimination of authority,and the lack of “professionalism” of individual sports practitioners.
