幼儿教师对幼儿园体育游戏的认知是其开展体育游戏活动的重要因素,直接关乎体育游戏质量和幼儿的身心发展。研究以福建省1 039名幼儿教师为调查对象,采用问卷法调查幼儿教师对体育游戏的认知现状。结果显示:幼儿教师对体育游戏课程价值感知高,但特征把握存在缺失;新教师和低职称幼儿教师均表现出相对浅薄的体育游戏课程特征感知水平;本科及以上学历幼儿教师对体育游戏课程价值感知较好;有体育游戏培训经验的幼儿教师在课程特征和教师自觉方面具有显著优势;公办园和城镇园的幼儿教师相对表现出较好的体育游戏认知水平。为促进幼儿教师对体育游戏的认知提升,应发挥骨干教师引领作用,搭建学习共同体;关注幼儿教师的体育游戏培训实效和改革;建立对民办园和乡村园的合作帮扶机制。

Kindergarten teachers’ cognition of sports games in kindergartens is a prerequisite for their effective development of sports games,which is directly related to the quality of sports games and the physical and mental development of children.This study took 1039 kindergarten teachers in Fujian Province as the research object,and used questionnaires to investigate the status quo of kindergarten teachers’cognition of sports games.The results illustrate that kindergarten teachers have a high perception of the value of sports game courses,but there is a lack of cognition of its characteristics;newly recruited kindergarten teachers and kindergarten teachers with lower-professional titles have a poor cognition of the characteristics of sports games;kindergarten teachers with a bachelor degree or above have a better cognition of the curriculum value of sports games;the kindergarten teachers who have received training in sports games have a noteworthy advantage on both curricular characteristics and teachers’awareness of sports games;the kindergarten teachers in public kindergartens and urban kindergartens show relatively better cognition of sports games.To promote kindergarten teachers’cognition of sports games,the leading role of key teachers should be played to build a learning community,the attention to the effectiveness and reform of sports game training for kindergarten teachers should be paid,and a cooperative assistance mechanism for private kindergartens and rural kindergartens should be established.
