研究不同水平同型半胱氨酸的代谢综合征(MS)患者在进行24周八段锦运动干预后血同、血脂、血压和血糖等危险因素的改善效果,明确八段锦作为运动治疗手段对代谢综合征的干预作用。以90名代谢综合征患者为研究对象,按照患者同型半胱氨酸 (Hcy)水平分为非HHcy组、轻度HHcy组和中度HHcy组,并以配对样本t检验对各组运动干预前后的数据做相关比较分析。结果表明:(1)对于MS患者,24周的八段锦运动干预,均不同程度改善该人群的Hcy水平和相关指标;(2)MS患者Hcy含量低于15 μmol/L时,FBG、TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C等指标均有显著性差异,Hcy含量大于15 μmol/L时,FBG、TG、TC指标无显著性差异。结论:(1)24周的八段锦运动干预可以使得MS患者Hcy水平显著改善,降低代谢综合征相关风险因素的影响,其中Hcy含量越低改善效果越显著;(2)同型半胱氨酸10 μmol/L~15 μmol/L是高风险临界值,关注MS患者的Hcy水平,及时控制同型半胱氨酸水平,对延缓和防控MS患者的病情进一步恶化及防止其他相关并发症的发生具有重要价值。

Objective: To study and compare the improvement effect of Baduanjin Exercise Intervention on blood homocysteine, blood lipid, blood pressure, blood glucose and other risk factors of metabolic syndrome (MS) patients with different levels of homocysteine for 24 weeks, and to clarify the therapeutic effect of Baduanjin as a means of exercise therapy on metabolic syndrome. Methods: 90 patients with metabolic syndrome were divided into non HHcy group, mild HHcy group and moderate HHcy group according to the level of homocysteine (Hcy). The data before and after exercise intervention were compared and analyzed by paired sample t-test. The results showed that: after exercise intervention, there were significant differences in body weight, body mass index, HDL-C, LDL-C and Hcy of MS patients in each group (P < 0.01); There were significant differences in FBG, TC and TG between non HHcy and mild HHcy groups. Conclusion: 24 weeks exercise intervention can significantly improve the Hcy level of MS patients. When the Hcy level is higher than 15?mol/L, the improvement of FBG, TC and TG was not obvious. Therefore, the changes of homocysteine in MS patients should be paid more attention to prevent the patients from getting worse and the related complications.
