摘要:
基于乡村体旅融合与“两山理论”转化的内在机理，对广西马山县大石山区通过体旅融合实现脱贫摘帽的实践进行分析考察。研究发现，要素转化助力马山县“攀岩体育+旅游+脱贫+县域经济”的发展模式初步形成，马山县攀岩特色小镇已经成为全国体育产业扶贫的典型。但是，“马山”体旅融合发展模式中存在高质量技术骨干与高水平管理人才缺乏、攀岩特色小镇高质量发展的维持资金不足、体旅融合的产品内容单一和体旅资源要素的流动不充分等问题。研究认为，需要在“两山理论”的指导下，围绕绿水青山，打造个性鲜明的体育活动品牌；基于乡土资源，完善乡村体旅融合的产品体系；拓宽资金渠道，用好资金扶持政策；以科技创新推动乡村体旅产业高质量发展；完善基础设施建设，构建体旅融合支撑体系；加强体旅人才培养，用好人才帮扶政策。
Abstract:
This paper analyse and investigates the practice of poverty alleviation through sports tourism integration in Dashishan District,Mashan County,Guangxi province based on the internal mechanism of the transformation of rural sports tourism integration and the “Two-mountain theory”.According to the study,the development mode of “rock climbing sports + tourism + poverty alleviation + county economy” has been preliminarily formed in Mashan County,and the rock-climbing characteristic town in Mashan County has become a typical example of poverty alleviation in the national sports industry.However,there are some problems in the Mashan integrated development mode,such as the lack of high-quality technical backbone and high-level management personnel,the lack of funds to maintain the high-quality development of rock climbing characteristic towns,the single content of integrated products and the insufficient flow of tourism resources.According to the research,it is necessary to build sports brand with distinct personality under the guidance of “Two mountains theory” and around the clear water and green mountains.It is necessary to improve the product system of the integration of rural sports and tourism,expand the fund channel for using the fund support policy;promote the high-quality development of rural sports tourism industry through scientific and technological innovation,improve infrastructure construction,build the integration support system of sports and tourism;strengthen the training of personnel in sports and tourism and make good use of policies to help them.
