摘要:
党的十九大报告中提出实施乡村振兴战略，充分证明了党和国家对促进乡村全面发展的高度重视和坚定决心。其构建城乡融合发展的体制机制和政策体系的战略决策，为解决城乡体育发展问题提供了政治保障和新的发展模式。运用文献资料、逻辑分析等方法，以城乡体育协调发展为研究主线，审视新发展阶段对城乡体育发展的时代要求，解析乡村振兴战略的实施同城乡体育协调发展的内容指向。从产业发展、人才振兴、文化坚守、农村治理等方面，提出乡村振兴战略下城乡体育协调发展的进路，实现我国城乡体育发展由二元分裂到走向融合的全面协调发展。希望为我国乡村振兴战略下城乡体育发展指明方向，加快推进健康中国和体育强国建设，并实现乡村全面振兴的根本目标。
Abstract:
The proposal to implement the rural revitalization strategy in the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China fully demonstrates the high importance and firm determination of the Party and the country to promote comprehensive rural development.The strategic decision to build an institutional mechanism and policy system for urban-rural integrated development provides political security and new development models for solving the problems of urban-rural sports development.This article uses methods such as literature review and logical analysis,with the coordinated development of urban and rural sports as the main research thread,examines the requirements of the new development stage for the development of urban and rural sports,analyzes the implementation of rural revitalization strategy and the content direction of coordinated development of urban and rural sports,and proposes the development path of coordinated development of urban and rural sports under the rural revitalization strategy from aspects such as industrial development,talent revitalization,cultural adherence,and rural governance.To achieve a comprehensive and coordinated development of urban and rural sports in China from binary division to integration,we hope to point out the direction for the development of urban and rural sports under the strategy of rural revitalization,accelerate the construction of a healthy China and a strong sports country,and achieve the fundamental goal of comprehensive rural revitalization.
