摘要:
研究旨在探讨改良TCAR场地测试评价20~39岁人群心肺耐力的信效度与可行性,以期为大众健身心肺耐力测评提供简便易行场地测试新方法与新思路。选取10位受试者在两周内重复测量改良TCAR场地测试,应用配对样本t检验、Pearson相关分析和ICC系数对重测信度进行分析和检验;选取52位受试者分别进行改良TCAR场地测试与实验室改良Bruce运动负荷测试,以VO2max和HRmax为效标,通过配对样本t检验、Pearson相关分析、ICC系数和绘制Bland-Altman散点图结果对效度进行分析和检验。差异标准定为P<0.05。结果显示:(1)信度检验:两次测试VO2max、HRmax、RPE和运动学等指标无显著性差异(P>0.05);各项指标前后测试呈中等及以上正相关(P<0.05);大部分指标ICC系数在两次测试中表现出良好的一致性(ICC=0.771~0.961)。(2)效度检验:两种测试显示VO2max无显著性差异(P>0.05),HRmax为显著性差异(P<0.05);两种测试各项指标Pearson相关分析系数为0.771~0.887(P<0.01);ICC系数和Bland-Altman散点图分析反映两种测试具有良好一致性。结论:改良TCAR场地测试用于20~39岁人群心肺耐力测评具有良好信效度,为大众健身领域心肺耐力测评开发了一种简便可行的场地测试新方法。
Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to explore the reliability,validity,and feasibility of improving TCAR field testing to evaluate cardiovascular endurance in the 20~39 age group,to provide a simple and feasible new method and approach for evaluating cardiovascular endurance in public fitness.The research selects 10 subjects to repeat the modified TCAR field test within two weeks,uses paired sample t-test,Pearson correlation analysis,ICC coefficient to analyze and test the retest reliability;52 subjects are selected for the modified TCAR field test and laboratory modified Bruce exercise load test,with VO2max and HRmax as the validity criteria.The validity is analyzed and tested through a paired sample t-test,Pearson correlation analysis,ICC coefficient,and Bland-Altman scatter plot results,with the difference standard set as P<0.05.The results show that:(1) Reliability test:there is no significant difference (P>0.05) in VO2max,HRmax,RPE,and kinematics between the two tests;the pre- and post tests of various indicators showed a moderate or above positive correlation (P <0.05);most indicators show good consistency in ICC coefficients between the two tests (ICC=0.771~0.961).(2) Validity test:two tests show no significant difference in VO2max (P>0.05),while HRmax show a significant difference (P<0.05);the Pearson correlation analysis coefficients for each indicator of the two tests ranged from 0.771 to 0.802 (P<0.01);the ICC coefficient and Bland-Altman scatter plot analysis indicate good consistency between the two tests.Conclusion:The modified TCAR field test has good reliability and validity for evaluating cardiovascular endurance in the 20~39 age group,and has developed a simple and feasible new method for field testing in the public fitness field.
