摘要:
推动京津冀公共体育服务协同供给是增进人民福祉、促进共同富裕的内在要求，更是实现中国式体育现代化的关键载体与路径支撑。运用文献资料调研、逻辑分析等研究方法，探究京津冀公共体育服务协同供给的逻辑基点与现实堵点，并提出方向重点。研究认为，京津冀公共体育服务协同供给的逻辑基点在于：切合以人民为中心的发展思想、顺应社会矛盾转化的发展方位、遵循供需动态平衡的发展规律、服务体育强国建设的发展目标。研究发现，京津冀公共体育服务协同供给存在利益分配机制不合理、基础设施建设不健全、创新促进体系不完善、多元主体参与不充分等现实堵点。据此，提出如下方向重点：健全利益分配机制，增强价值引领力；加强基础设施建设，务实服务支撑力；完善创新促进体系，强化发展内驱力；促进多元主体参与，凝聚共建向心力。
Abstract:
Promoting the collaborative provision of public sports services in Hebei,Beijing and Tianjin is an inherent requirement for enhancing people’s well-being and promoting common prosperity,and it is also a key carrier and path support for realizing Chinese-style sports modernization.This paper comprehensively utilizes the methods of literature research and logical analysis to explore the logical point and practical blockage of the collaborative supply of public sports services in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,and to put forward the direction and focus of the study.This paper concludes that the logical point for the collaborative provision of public sports services in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei lies in the development idea of people-centeredness,the development orientation of transformation of social contradictions,the development law of dynamic balance of supply and demand,and the service of dynamic balance of supply and demand.The starting point of public sports in Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei lies in the development idea of people-centered,the development orientation of transformation of social contradictions,the development law of dynamic balance between supply and demand,and the development goal of building a strong sports nation.This paper finds that the collaborative provision of public sports services in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is plagued by the reality of an irrational benefit distribution mechanism,unsound infrastructure construction,an imperfect innovation and promotion system,and insufficient participation of diversified main bodies.Accordingly,the following directions are proposed:to improve the benefit distribution mechanism and enhance the value leading force;to strengthen the infrastructure construction and practical service supporting force;to improve the innovation promotion system and strengthen the internal driving force for development;and to promote the participation of diversified main bodies and unite the centripetal force for co-construction.
