摘要:
功能性动作筛查作为一种运动风险评估工具,在体育、军事等领域受到广泛应用的同时,其可靠性也受到质疑。文章结合国内外相关文献,对FMS的可靠性及存在问题进行梳理,并提出发展性观点。结果表明:FMS体系中评分者可靠性最高,现有评分体系与14分评分阈值不能适用于所有运动模式,受试者损伤史、年龄、身体活跃度和活动能力等其他因素与FMS评分有较强关联;FMS在身体功能检测、运动损伤预防中有一定作用,但仍存在盲区;在后续发展中应参照多种影响因素,进一步完善评分体系,并针对不同动作模式设置相应的FMS阈值,从多方面增强FMS可靠性。
Abstract:
As a tool to assess exercise risk,Functional Movement Screen had been widely used in sports,military,medical and other fields.But its reliability had also been questioned.Combined with the domestic and foreign research results,it had been analyzed about the problems exiting in the reliability of FMS,and a developmental view had been put forward.The existing scoring system and 14 score threshold could not be applied to all exercise modes.Other factors,such as injury history,age,physical activity and activity ability,had strong correlation with FMS score.FMS plays a certain role in the detection of body function and the prevention of sports injury,but there is still a blind spot in its application.In the follow-up development,we should refer to a variety of influencing factors,further improve the FMS scoring system,and set corresponding FMS thresholds for different exercise modes,so as to enhance the reliability of FMS.
