摘要:: 为增强体育新课程标准的可操作性、促进学生核心素养发展，学业质量评价体系应运而生。足球课程学业质量既是足球教育成果的体现，也是落实“以体育人”理念的质量要求。因此，构建足球课程学业质量指标体系、开展应用设计与实践检验，具有重要意义。研究采用德尔菲法与层次分析法构建了足球课程学业质量指标体系及权重，并设计具体应用方案。同时，针对传统体育评价模型存在的局限，引入云模型，并以H中学初二年级4名学生为样本开展评价应用与实证检验。结果表明，云模型评价结果与传统模糊综合评价结果一致，进一步验证了基于云模型的足球课程学业质量评价体系的有效性，且能为未来体育学业质量评价工作提供科学、准确的工具选择与参考依据。

Abstract:: In order to increase the operability of the new physical education curriculum standards and promote the formation of students’ core competencies,academic quality has emerged.The academic quality of football courses is not only the result of football education,but also the quality requirements of sports personnel.Therefore,it is of great significance to construct and apply an indicator system for the academic quality of football courses,and to carry out practical operations.The Delphi method and Analytic Hierarchy Process were used to construct an indicator system and its weights,as well as specific applications.Meanwhile,in response to the limitations of traditional evaluation models in the current field of sports evaluation.A cloud model was proposed and an evaluation index system was applied and tested using four students in the second year of H Middle School as examples.The results show that the cloud model evaluation is consistent with the traditional fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,further verifying the effectiveness of the football course academic quality evaluation system based on the cloud model in this study,and providing a scientific and accurate evaluation tool selection and reference basis for future sports academic quality evaluation work.
