摘要:: 1952年赫尔辛基奥运会是中华人民共和国体育外交的“元事件”以及体育体制确立的“逻辑原点”。为探讨中国参与赫尔辛基奥运会的外交博弈及其对体育体制转型的影响，采用档案史料分析法、文献资料法和政治学分析方法，梳理中华人民共和国争取奥运代表权的全过程，并考察相应的制度调整。结果表明：此次参赛是中国争取国家主权与国际合法性的重要实践；参赛过程暴露出的外交、体育管理层面问题，推动中央人民政府体育运动委员会成立，促使体育管理模式转向国家行政主导。

Abstract:: The 1952 Helsinki Olympic Games serve as the “meta-event” of China’s sports diplomacy and the “logical origin” of the establishment of its sports system.This paper aims to explore the diplomatic game surrounding China’s participation in the 1952 Helsinki Olympic Games and its impact on the transformation of the sports system.By adopting the archival historical data analysis method,literature research method and political science analysis method,this paper investigates the process of China’s striving for Olympic representation and its corresponding institutional responses.The results show that this participation was an important practice for China to strive for national sovereignty and international legitimacy.The diplomatic and sports management problems exposed during the participation process promoted the establishment of the Sports Committee of the Central People’s Government and facilitated the transformation of sports management to be led by national administration.
