摘要:: 研究基于技术社会建构理论，运用多案例分析与半结构化访谈方法，以Keep、NTC、步道乐跑平台及19名18～30岁青年为调研对象，从技术与社会互构的视角剖析数字技术赋能青年体育参与的内在逻辑。数字技术通过“认知建构—数据赋能—情感动员”的作用机制，降低了青年体育参与门槛，优化了市场化体育资源配置并激发了体育参与动力，重塑了青年体育参与模式。研究发现，这一赋能过程具有“赋能—规训”的双重性：技术在激发青年体育参与热情的同时，也可能造成青年自主性削弱、具身经验隐匿；若引导与治理不当，还可能加剧数字鸿沟。因此，推动青年体育高质量发展，需要在技术便利与社会公平、商业逻辑与公共责任、虚拟激励与真实体验之间寻求动态平衡，构建包容且可持续的数字体育新生态。

Abstract:: Grounded in the social construction of technology (SCOT) theory,this study employs multiple-case analysis and semi-structured interviews,taking the Keep,NTC,and “Budao Lepao” platforms and 19 young people aged 18～30 as research subjects,to examine the internal logic of digital technology empowering youth sports participation from the perspective of the mutual construction of technology and society.Through the mechanism of “cognitive construction-data empowerment-emotional mobilization” digital technology lowers the barriers to youth sports participation,optimizes the allocation of market-based sports resources,and stimulates the motivation for sports participation,thereby reshaping the patterns of youth sports participation.The study finds that this empowerment process has a dual “empowerment-discipline” nature:while technology stimulates young people’s enthusiasm for sports participation,it may also weaken their autonomy and obscure their embodied experience.If improperly guided and governed,it may further widen the digital divide.Therefore,to promote the high-quality development of youth sports,it is necessary to seek a dynamic balance among technological convenience and social equity,commercial logic and public responsibility,and virtual incentives and authentic experience,so as to build an inclusive and sustainable new digital sports ecosystem.
