摘要:
］维生素E是虾类不可缺少的脂溶性维生素，在虾类生长过程中起着重要作用.约近90年的研究，维生素E的化学结构、组织分布与代谢机制已经为人们所了解.本文综述和评论了维生素E营养在虾类繁殖、生长、抗氧化功能，以及需要量的最新研究进展，并对其未来研究进行了展望
Abstract:
Vitamin E,an indispensable lipid-soluble vitamin for shrimps,plays important roles in the growth of shrimps.The chemical properties,tissue distribution and metabolic mechanism of Vitamin E have been studied in the last 90 years.This paper reviews the progress in the studies on Vitamin E roles in shrimps reproduction and growth,on its antioxidant function and on how much of it shrimps need.The paper also suggests the further study of this field
